Joining a Rural Fire Service

It can happen in a flash! A lightning strike, a smouldering log, a stiff breeze and before you know it you have a bushfire just over the hill and coming your way.

Chances are you will get on the phone and report the fire and then go to have a look for yourself.

What you will see when you get there is a bunch of dedicated people members of the rural fire service - working together to save your property, and you will decide then and there to join them.
